Charity Junction works together with those leading change in order to create data management benchmarks and ‘big pictures’ for new directions and future campaigns, as well as ‘laying the track’ for the road ahead by addressing obstacles to the efficient and effective use of CRM databases. 

Our work includes, but is not limited to, the following features:

• Database Auditing: quantifying inaccuracies, discrepancies and underperformance and suggesting tailor-made protocols of data management

• Database Cleansing & Standardisation: Cleaning poor-quality data and integrating singular methods of data recording

• Operationalisation: putting good data to work through reports and evidence-based prioritisation

• Data/Database Migration & Consolidation: transferring and integrating data from previous data management systems and into a new database

• Database Training: bringing the database to the forefront of prospect cultivation and fundraising management

• Database Management: managing databases as an outsourced function; offering analysis and suggestions for prospect pools, appeals and campaigns
